As the snow falls (and heavily I may add) it’s warming to see photos from this past summer. Trina and Travis had an amazing Rocky Mountain wedding a the Nakoda Lodge. Sadly the lodge is no longer acting as a resort but I feel very fortunate to have spent a few days out there as it really is a gem in the Canadian Rockies. With the stunning and serene lake facing the mountains it really was a perfect little spot.
Trina and Travis’s day had a bit of everything. A picture perfect ceremony on the meadow, a police officer pulled me over for speeding enroute to the creative session, Travis’s vintage car got a little overheated in Canmore, a canoe ride at dusk and of course Tavis got to kiss the cod at night when he was officially Screeched in! And before I forget if that wasn’t enough, the next day the three of us took a chopper up into Kananaskis for some amazing shots above the range.
I’ll let the images speak for themselves. Congratulations Trina and Travis!
A special thank you goes out to Kari Meyer from Plum Tree Images who made a great second shooter!
