Kaitlin and Brendan on their stunning mountain wedding this past July in Kaslo, western Canada. For those of you who haven’t heard of Kaslo, it’s a small historic town in the heart of the Kootenays in British Columbia. About an hour north of Nelson and sitting along the stunning Kootenay lake. My brother in law moved to the a town close by about three years ago and since then my family and I have made multiple trips per year to explore and enjoy this “perfect” part of Canada. If you have never been, I truly recommend it as it may be my favourite part of Canada.
When I was approached by these two and their family I was so excited to be invited to be a part of their wedding. Kaitlin and Brendan share the love for the outdoors that I do and surrounded themselves with extremely fun loving people. A wedding that included announcing their vows on the lake in the summer sun, sitting under a waterfall, and dancing in the streets at night until the early morning. It was a very special day and I won’t lie I even shed a few happy tears. It was such a pleasure to be there with you all and I can’t thank you both enough! Also, thank you for driving your truck up to the top of that peak, best drive ever!lol
There is also so many others to thank for making their wedding so amazing.
