It’s been a few years since I have put together a year in review blog post but as a Destination Wedding and Adventure Photographer who is often on the road, I’ve been lucky enough to be home the past few days and I thought I’d go back and reflect upon the highlights of the past 12 months. So much happened again this year and I found myself meeting so many great people from all over the globe. With destination weddings and adventure sessions in three continents this past year, I was so very fortunate to explore some new places and share amazing moments with everyone.
2018 was also another year where I challenged myself and took time to be with my family more than I had in the past ten years of work. I took two months off in the spring in order to coach my children in soccer and my wife and I even ended up buying a travel trailer so we could camp with friends and make sure my kids get some new experiences. It was truly another very rewarding year. I can’t say thank enough for all of those I worked with and to all the amazing clients and couples I met.
